Abstract

Mazkur maqolada ta’lim va pedagogika tushunchalarining o‘zaro bog‘liqligi, pedagogik jarayonning tarkibiy qismlari hamda zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida samarali o‘qitishni ta’minlovchi metodik yondashuvlar tahlil qilinadi. Ta’limning maqsad, mazmun, metod, vosita, baholash va natija kabi elementlari yagona tizim sifatida ko‘rib chiqilib, pedagogikaning nazariy va amaliy vazifalari yoritiladi. Shuningdek, shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan yondashuv, interfaol metodlar, refleksiya, kompetensiyaviy ta’lim va pedagogik muloqotning ahamiyati asoslab beriladi. Tadqiqotda tahlil, qiyoslash, umumlashtirish va tizimli yondashuv metodlaridan foydalanildi. Natijada pedagogik faoliyat samaradorligi o‘quvchi faolligi, o‘qituvchi mahorati hamda ta’lim muhiti o‘rtasidagi uyg‘unlikka bog‘liq ekani ko‘rsatildi. Maqola ta’lim jarayonini ilmiy asosda loyihalash, dars sifatini oshirish va pedagogik qarorlarni asosli qabul qilishda nazariy-metodik manba sifatida xizmat qiladi.
