Mazkur maqolada turizm sohasida xizmat ko‘rsatish sifati va standartlarining ahamiyati, ularning turistik xizmatlar samaradorligiga ta’siri hamda zamonaviy talablarga mos ravishda rivojlanish yo‘nalishlari tahlil qilinadi. Xizmat ko‘rsatish sifati turistlar ehtiyojlarini qondirish, ularning qoniqish darajasini oshirish va turizm korxonalarining raqobatbardoshligini ta’minlashda muhim omil hisoblanadi. Maqolada xalqaro standartlar, xizmat sifatini baholash mezonlari va ularni amaliyotga joriy etish masalalari yoritilgan
